Adult Ministries

Our Spiritual Formation Ministries focus on providing opportunities for people of all ages and interests to grow and deepen in their spiritual journey. We have a LOT of groups for all ages!

United Women in Faith

Women partnering together to support each other and church ministries, whose purpose is to know God and experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ. The group is a creative, supportive fellowship, and expands mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

By participating in United Women in Faith activities at FUMC, the women of our church get to share their interests, beliefs, and experiences with one another, allowing each of us to continue on our own personal journeys knowing we have sisters to support us and encourage us along the way. The women in our church are out in our communities almost everyday of the week helping others.

Evening Book Group

The first Tuesday of the month at 7 PM. The location varies at participant's homes. Please contact Jeanne Pfeifer at 916.933.7722, or Coleen Saylor, at 916.458.2099 for more information. Guide me in your truth and teach me,  for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.  Psalm 25:5 NIV

Small Group Bible Study

Learning about Christ and applying God's teachings to our lives is of great value and importance. Whether you have questions, or our looking to deepen your faith, joining a Bible Study or Small Group is a great way to learn and connect. We have various opportunities throughout the year. Some of our offerings include Wednesday Evening Bible Study & Sunday Morning Adult Studies. See our Calendar.

United Methodist Men
